All shirts are printed as they are ordered. Because of our production process, we are unable to offer refunds or size exchanges. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering to ensure you select the correct size or send us an email at before before placing an order.

We are unable to issue refunds on orders that have been paid and shipped.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

Exchanges are only accepted on damaged, defective or wrong items sent.

If your item is defective or has been damaged in transit, we’ll work quickly to replace it. Please contact us within 7 calendar days [includes weekends + holidays] of when you received it. Photo verification of the damaged goods must be sent to Upon inspection, we will examine the item for exchange eligibility. Once approved, we’ll promptly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size.

If 7 days have gone by since receiving the damaged merchandise, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us at for further information.

Wrong Item Sent

If you received the wrong item, send photo verification to We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Please Note: We are unable to reship orders that have been marked delivered so be sure all details including name and address are accurate before submitting your order.


You have up to 30 minutes to modify or cancel your order after placing it. Please note we print every product when it is ordered. Orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be modified or canceled. Please make sure all order details are accurate before submitting.
