When will I receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 10 business days of ordering [Monday - Friday, weekends + holidays excluded]. Please Note: Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently.
During holidays, delivery times may require an additional few days of transit time. Updated shipping times will be announced on the site during the holiday season.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received. Tracking will update once your package is shipped. You will receive an email letting you know it’s on it’s way along with the tracking number. If after 7 business days your order has not been marked delivered, please contact customer support at email@example.com.
Please Note: We are unable to reship orders that have been marked delivered so be sure all details including name and address are accurate before submitting your order.
